We process and ship orders quickly to ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.

• Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
• Shipping Days: Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays).
• Orders After 12 PM EST: Shipped on the next business day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, allowing you to track your shipment easily. You can also check tracking details from your customer account.

🔄 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unworn
• The item must include original tags and packaging
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care products (beauty items)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges

If you want a different product, the fastest way is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must remain unused and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

💳 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
